This is a page from Galileo's manuscripts from 1610 !!! Imagine how incredible it would be to see his manuscripts. It shows sketches he made of Jupiter and its moons with his crude (by todays standards) telescope. I am always fascinated to see works from the masters, Galileo, DaVinci, Michelangelo. How I would love to see, hold, to touch such treasures !!! ......when a door in life closes....another door opens.... |
