I have just finished reading the book, herbs to Increase Sexual Vitality. I found it very interesting and worthy of sharing this

Your phrase is more natural-sounding with "have just". (I "just have" sounds apologetic, as if you should have done more.)
If you want to make it more formal, you can say, "I have recently concluded my high school studies"

Thanks for sharing, it sounds very interesting! All the elements you listed are in normal food, especially vegetable, and in addition vitamin of group B should also play a role in good health and sexual strenght... In a nut, Mediterranean diet and you are OK!!!
