Communication is mutable. -one can improve it with effort. To know if it is truly about "me" and not just overuse of the first person pronoun ask yourself, "for whom do I pray?" If it is all about what I want, what I need, then there is a problem. However, it is about one's relationships, then it truly isn't all about "me." -just a few thoughts from this hyperactive mind.
