the one's that desire that state are capable of inflicting great harm upon other's. there are indeed emotionless creatures in this world..........sadly ......when a door in life closes....another door opens....

I suppose anyone is capable of inflicting great harm to others, but the emotionless individual is less likely to be able to empathize or care.
